When and how to sell your home is a decision that requires a lot of thought and planning. Do you know how much it is worth? What needs to be done before you begin to have your house shown to prospective buyers? What are your responsibilities as a seller and what costs can you expect?
As your Realtors®, my job begins with gathering important information to help you decide the value of your home. Then we will go over seller related costs, such as inspections and title work, and what you should expect to net from the transaction. We could discuss what could be done to make your home show better and work out showing instructions.
After the listing agreement is signed, I will handle the advertising, showing your home to potential buyers and making other Realtors® aware that your house is for sale. When you hire a Realtor®, you in fact are hiring thousands of Realtors® who, through the MLS, and REALTOR.com, work together to find not just a buyer for your home, but the right buyer at the right price. Your property will be exposed to other Realtors across town and across the country, as well as in your own neighborhood.
My job doesn't stop when the potential buyer is found. I will then help negotiate a price and any other terms of the contract. Once in contract, I will go on to make closing arrangements and help work out any problems, big or small, that may come up. As your listing agent I'll be there every step of the way to make selling your home as worry free as possible.

Where are you going to start looking for your new home? If you are a hands-on, kind of buyer who can also appreciate the help of an expert, you've come to the right place. From the home search to help you see what's out there, to the mortgage calculator to give you some idea of what you can afford, this site was built with you in mind. It is not however, meant to replace the personal attention and service that only a Realtor® can give.
Having a buyer's agent puts you ahead of the game in so many ways. You'll have the benefit of someone who spends the majority of her time looking at listings, talking with lenders, networking with other agents and searching for just the right home for you. You'll also have your own personal tour guide, who has knowledge of what you want and need, to show you the houses you are interested in.
As your Realtor®, helping you find a house is only the beginning. Once we find the right one and negotiate the terms. I'll help arrange financing, inspections, appraisals and insurance for your new home. I will also make closing arrangements and advise you on what your costs will be. I'll do all I can to help you get into the right house, at the right price and with as little worry as possible.
