When and how to sell your home is a decision that requires a lot of thought and planning. Do you know how much it is worth? What needs to be done before you begin to have your house shown to prospective buyers? What are your responsibilities as a seller and what costs can you expect?

As your Realtors®, my job begins with gathering important information to help you decide the value of your home. Then we will go over seller related costs, such as inspections and title work, and what you should expect to net from the transaction. We could discuss what could be done to make your home show better and work out showing instructions.

After the listing agreement is signed, I will handle the advertising, showing your home to potential buyers and making other Realtors® aware that your house is for sale. When you hire a Realtor®, you in fact are hiring thousands of Realtors® who, through the MLS, and REALTOR.com, work together to find not just a buyer for your home, but the right buyer at the right price. Your property will be exposed to other Realtors across town and across the country, as well as in your own neighborhood.

My job doesn't stop when the potential buyer is found. I will then help negotiate a price and any other terms of the contract. Once in contract, I will go on to make closing arrangements and help work out any problems, big or small, that may come up. As your listing agent I'll be there every step of the way to make selling your home as worry free as possible.
